“Layers of Memory”, Acrylic on Canvas

Atmospheric acrylic landscape on canvas, signed lower right, titled “Layers of Memories” verso. It unfolds as an abstracted landscape built from translucent veils of lavender, peach, pale yellow, misty blue, and muted green. Loose horizontal bands and rubbed blocks of colour suggest distant hills, open sky, and fragments of architecture, while gestural dark linear marks evoke slender trees, reeds, and pathways emerging from recollection rather than direct observation. The composition feels both spacious and intimate, as if a remembered place is surfacing in pieces - blurred, overlapping, and gently shifting. Quiet and nostalgic..
