Mid Century Blue Oil Figurative On Canvas

Oil figure composition on canvas framed under anti glare glass, signed “Difuana-Matondo” and dated 74, featuring a group of women dressed in flowing blue garments. The scene captures an intimate and everyday moment of communal activity. One woman balances a large basin on her head, while another crouches to engage with a similar basin on the ground. The central figure sits calmly, surrounded by the standing figures. The use of blue tones dominates the composition, contrasting with the dark background, while light brushstrokes highlight movement and detail, emphasizing the sense of unity and shared purpose in the scene.
